Why it begins where it begins

The first course opens with the question of whether we are alone, because that is the question a lot of people are actually asking right now, and because Scripture has more to say about it than most people expect.

It is an honest starting point, not a lure. The course does not claim that modern sightings fulfil a prophecy, and it does not use them to prove a doctrine. It takes the question seriously, looks at what is actually known, and then asks what the Bible teaches about how you test any message when you cannot verify who sent it.
